Your dream of playing college baseball is not only your dream, it's our goal.... and it's 100% GUARANTEED! At R2R, we assure that no stone is left “unturned” in your recruiting journey. We improve a student-athlete’s skills through college coach and Ex-MLB Player assisted Instruction. Our Nutrition, Physical Conditioning and Stretching programs gives a needed edge to stand out amongst your peers, while our Mental Performance Training separates you from thousands of other student-athletes. You’ll gain enormous exposure with R2R's connections, which is comprised of 700+ coaches in more than 500 programs across the country. As your exposure continues to grow, you'll begin communicating with college programs and ultimately, finding opportunities to continue living out your dreams to compete at the collegiate level.
R2R PROCESS
GET EVALUATED
Contact R2R Baseball Academy if you're wanting to play baseball at the collegiate level. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept every player who applies, so all student-athletes MUST BE fully evaluated before they can be accepted.
REVIEW
Next, we want to ensure all of our ducks are in a row as we continue to move forward. We'll make sure that you're confident with your physical training, nutrition, mental performance conditioning, and the communicational expectations approaching with college coaches. Once this is completed you'll be ready to start your skills video.
ACCEPTED PLAYERS
Once a player has been accepted, and payment is made in full, I will be sending out three documents, which comprise of a) Player Profile Form, b) Players College Selection Worksheet, and c) Skills Video Info sheet.
SKILLS VIDEO
All skills video clips MUST BE completed within two weeks of my request. This is the most important part of your recruiting journey and I expect them to be completed exactly as I've asked on the Skills Video Info Sheet. This is the only visual connection between you and college coaches, so please treat it accordingly.
COLLEGE COACH PROMOTION
While I'm working on your skills video, please finish your college selection worksheet. This should be completed by the time I'm done with your video. Once we reach "this" point successfully, it's "GO TIME!"
GO TIME!
We begin promoting you, your skills video and your intangibles to "YOUR" selected schools first, then we turn to "MY" connections, which is comprised of over 700 college coaches at 500+ programs across the country. This is where the fun begins!
GET STARTED
Fill out your Player Profile Form and return ASAP. During this time, i will sit down with players and go over what tweaks may be needed, if any. We'll also discuss physicall training and nutrition. You will be working on your College Selection Form during this time. Once I'm satisfied, we will begin your skills video.
CHECKPOINT
After you've completed your video clips, you will submit 10-15 of your favorite highlights. At this point, if I'm 100% satisfied with the skills video clips you've submitted, I will begin putting it all together into one video for college coach promotion.. Please allow R2R 1-2 weeks to put them into a full skills video.
RECEIVING INTERESTS
As college interests begin to come in, you MUST do your research on EVERY program. Keep track and rank each college. We'll review conversations you'll be having with coaches and questions you should be asking......right up until the point you're recruited!!!
